If you're in tiers 1 or 2 — there's now a better path with Dr. Reza Tafreshi.

Tooth Loss Triggers Bone Loss
Your teeth stimulate your jaw and keep the bone healthy and strong. When you lose teeth, that stimulation disappears and bone begins to shrink — a process called resorption.
Dental implants replace that stimulation and help preserve the bone you have left. LOCATOR FIXED uses as few as four implants to anchor a full arch while protecting your jaw.
Bone Loss Changes the Shape of Your Face
Your bones support your face. When the jaw bone resorbs, the structure beneath your cheeks and lips collapses — making you look older than you are. Stabilizing the jaw with implants helps you keep your natural facial structure.

Your Options For Missing Teeth
Four paths — only one delivers permanent, fixed teeth without the All-on-4 surgery and price tag.

What Is LOCATOR FIXED™?
LOCATOR FIXED is a next-generation implant-supported fixed denture from ZEST Anchors — the same trusted company behind the original LOCATOR overdenture system. It anchors a full arch of teeth permanently to as few as four implants, without screws drilled through the prosthetic and without the palate plate that comes with traditional dentures.
Compared with other full-arch approaches, the surgical plan and cost can differ. Dr. Tafreshi evaluates implant position, bone, restorative space, and goals before recommending an option.
Some patients already wearing LOCATOR snap-on overdentures may have a conversion option if their existing implants and components are compatible.

A Full Arch, Permanently Anchored
LOCATOR FIXED cannot be removed by you — only by your clinician. It's the most "like real teeth" option for confidence and eating performance. As few as four implants per arch carry the full prosthetic without a palate plate, slipping, or nightly removal.
Dr. Tafreshi dials in fit, bite, and shade in-house with Dr. Reza Tafreshi Group so what you walk out with feels and chews like your own teeth.

Who Is LOCATOR FIXED™ For?
Existing LOCATOR Overdenture Patients
If you wear a snap-on LOCATOR overdenture, an exam can determine whether your existing implants are suitable for conversion.
Traditional Denture Wearers
If adhesive, movement, or palate coverage concerns you, compare LOCATOR FIXED with the other removable and fixed options.
Patients Who Couldn't Proceed with All-on-4
If cost or surgical complexity stopped you before, ask whether LOCATOR FIXED is clinically appropriate and how its plan compares.
Six Reasons Patients Are Switching
Already Have LOCATOR Implants? Check Compatibility First.
If you have LOCATOR implants and wear a snap-on overdenture, bring your implant records to the evaluation. Implant condition, position, number, and restorative space all affect whether conversion is appropriate.
When existing implants are compatible, the plan may avoid new implant placement. The number of visits and need for additional treatment are confirmed only after records, imaging, and a clinical exam are reviewed.
We'll review your existing implant records and imaging at your consultation and explain your candidacy, alternatives, and expected timeline.
